This product is underwritten and administered by BHSF Limited and arranged by The Private Health Partnership.
A ‘Demands and Needs Statement’ will be included within your policy documentation issued by BHSF Limited.
You have 14 days from the date BHSF Limited issue your policy documentation to review it. If you are not completely satisfied with the policy, simply notify BHSF Limited in writing within 14 days and BHSF Limited will cancel it. Provided a claim has not been paid, BHSF Limited will refund any premium collected.
Your policy will terminate when any insured person reaches the age of 65.
If you wish to register a complaint, please do so in writing to BHSF Limited, 2 Darnley Road, Birmingham B16 8TE or by telephoning 0121 454 3601*, quoting your policy number. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you will
be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
BHSF Limited is an insurance company authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under registration number 202038. The permitted business of BHSF Limited includes advising on and effecting non-investment insurance contracts. BHSF Limited only offers its own cash plan products.
BHSF Limited is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if they are unable to meet their obligations. Entitlement will depend on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder without an upper limit.
