- Speak to your branch mortgage adviser or Skipton Direct.
- You will be asked a number of questions about your personal circumstances (this information will be recorded in a Customer Needs Questionnaire - CNQ).
- A mortgage adviser will work with you to establish which mortgage best suits your needs.
- A Key Facts Illustration (KFI) will be prepared for you to consider.
- A mortgage adviser will be happy to help if you have any further questions or if you would like to think about another type of mortgage.
