Our HIP is attractively priced at £325 including VAT and is only a few clicks of the mouse away.

In addition, to offer an even better deal to Skipton customers, if you order a HIP from us and then complete a Skipton mortgage via one of our branches or Skipton Direct, we will refund the cost (maximum refund is £325), making your Skipton HIP absolutely free.
